Welcome to Sydney! I might be biased but I think it's a very pretty city! 

I'm spending a lot of time hanging out at my local library. I love the green spaces that have been worked into the design. It's a pleasure to work in! (And, yes, that's You Are My Favorite Bad Idea up on the screen.)

I've also been to visit family friends in the countryside (and even done some farm chores!) 

This is the view from the farm's porch. A very nice place to have a drink after a hard day's work! Gav and Cath were the most wonderful hosts!

And I've been trying to make up for all the yummy meals my mom has been making for me by going on long walks around the neighborhood! 

In other news, I've had my visa approved and I'll be back stateside in early August. I plan to spend the next couple of weeks making the most of my time left at home!
