The physical books in this graphic are no longer a digital exaggeration.
They exist and can, if you so choose, can be held in your hands.
My own copies are already in the mail, so watch for an excited squealing author photo sometime in the next couple of weeks.
And to all of you going, Hey? What? That seems like a huge exaggeration! Clearly, you have never done battle with the buggy arcane ISBN website while
unassigned, archiving and changing the sizes of physical print books. For the blissfully uninitiated (and, oh, how I envy you) ISBNs are basically book social security numbers and every different edition or type requires a separate ID number.
Why a change in sizes require a new ID number, I don't know. And if you do know, please don't tell me. I already
know far, far, far more about this process than I ever wanted to. Like sausages or magic tricks, you really don't want to know how it happens. Or, at least, I don't.
Next, deep loin-girding breath, I tackle the website.
