It is a fan favorite and being resold on ebay for twice its purchase price.

As an Australian, I did not have a Thanksgiving holiday growing up. I still feel vaguely like a tourist when this time of year rolls around. And like any tourist, I love a good souvenir...
Unfortunately my friend and shopping companion, Ms Melinda, is a jaded Thanksgiving-lifer who could not understand my need to have a sparkly turkey pillow of my very own. She told me this, quite loudly, in the middle of Target and much to the amusement of the other shoppers.
Me *spying the
turkey and rushing over*: Yay, they have it!
Ms. Melinda: Have what? *spots turkey and eyes go wide* What on earth is that thing?
Me: A turkey, obviously. *picks up turkey* Isn't he
gorgeous?
Ms. Melinda: ...you have got to be kidding me.
Me *hugs it tighter*: It's everything I didn't know I wanted!
Ms. Melinda: You can't really want that. It's a tacky
over-priced eyesore.
Me *covers turkey's earholes*: Shhhhhh! You're going to hurt Gobble-Gobble's feelings.
Ms. Melinda: You are not giving that thing a name! It is not coming home with you!!!
(Note: This was the point where a few of the other Target shoppers started laughing at us.)
Me: Yes, I very much am. His name is Gobble-Gobble and he shall be mine!
Ms. Melinda *rolls her eyes so hard I'm still a little shocked they didn't pop right out of
her head*: You're a ridiculous person. You know that, right?
And, yes. Yes, I do! 😉
