Dear Reader,
This week has been about getting back into good habits. After two months of intense focus on book launches, lots of late nights, and far too many mental health Starbucks lattes, it's time to get back to writer basics.
Writer basics are getting a good night's sleep, not replacing basic nutrition with coffee, and producing at least 2,000 words a day. In short, I need to get word fit. Cue Survivor's Eye of The Tiger playing over a writer-style Rocky training montage.
